THE TRUSTEES OF THE SHAWNEE MUNICIPAL AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF SHAWNEE, COUNTY OF POTTAWATOMIE, STATE OF OKLAHOMA, MET IN REGULAR SCHEDULED SESSION IN THE COMMISSION CHAMBERS AT CITY HALL, 9TH AND BROADWAY, SHAWNEE, OKLAHOMA, MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 18, 2006 IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING THE BOARD OF CITY COMMISSIONERS MEETING AT 5:30 P.M., PURSUANT TO NOTICE DULY POSTED AS PRESCRIBED BY LAW. UPON ROLL CALL, A QUORUM WAS DECLARED PRESENT WITH THE FOLLOWING MEMBERS IN ATTENDANCE:

PRESENT: Claybrook, Schrzan, O’Neal, Mills, Beck, Peterson, Daugherty
ABSENT: None

AGENDA ITEM NO. 1: Call to Order.

Chairman Mills presided and called the meeting to order.

AGENDA ITEM NO. 2: Declaration of a Quorum.

Chairman Mills declared a quorum present.

AGENDA ITEM NO. 3: Consider approval of Consent Agenda.

a. Minutes of the September 5, 2006 meeting.

b. Confirm action taken under City Commission Agenda No. 1(e) regarding authorizing staff to advertise for bids for vacuum tank trailer for use at Northside Wastewater Treatment Plant and Southside Wastewater Treatment Plant.
City Commission approved staff to advertise for bids for vacuum tank trailer for use at Northside Wastewater Treatment Plant and Southside Wastewater Treatment Plant.

c. Confirm action in City Commission Agenda Item No. 11 regarding consideration of a resolution establishing a surcharge for consumer use of water.
City Commission adopted Resolution No. 6285 establishing a surcharge for consumer use of water.

A motion was made by Trustee Claybrook, seconded by Trustee Schrzan, to approve Consent Agenda Item No. 3 (a-c), as presented. Motion carried 7-0.

NAY: None

AGENDA ITEM NO. 4: Administrative Reports

There were no Administrative Reports.

AGENDA ITEM NO. 5: New Business

There was no New Business.

There being no further business to come before the meeting, a motion was made by Trustee Daugherty, seconded by Trustee Schrzan, that the meeting be adjourned. Motion carried 7-0. (9:46 p.m.)
