UPON ROLL CALL, A QUORUM WAS DECLARED PRESENT WITH THE FOLLOWING MEMBERS IN ATTENDANCE:

PRESENT: Stephens, O’Neal, Mills, Young, Peterson, Holt
ABSENT: Schrzan
AGENDA ITEM NO. 1: Call to Order

AGENDA ITEM NO. 2: Declaration of a Quorum
AGENDA ITEM NO. 3: Consider approval of Consent Agenda

a. Minutes from the December 17, 2007 meeting.

A motion was made by Vice Chairman Peterson, seconded by Trustee O’Neal, to approve the Consent Agenda Item No. 3(a) as presented. Motion carried 6-0.

AYE: Peterson, O’Neal, Mills, Young, Holt, Stephens
NAY: None

AGENDA ITEM NO. 4: Confirm action taken under City Commission Agenda Item No. 2-i regarding donation of furniture by Lance Fenton to the Shawnee Regional Airport.

A motion was made by Vice Chairman Peterson, seconded by Trustee Holt, acknowledging City Commission’s approval regarding donation of furniture by Lance Fenton to the Shawnee Regional Airport.
