THE TRUSTEES OF THE SHAWNEE AIRPORT AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF SHAWNEE, COUNTY OF POTTAWATOMIE, STATE OF OKLAHOMA, MET IN REGULAR SCHEDULED SESSION IN THE COMMISSION CHAMBERS AT CITY HALL, 9TH AND BROADWAY, SHAWNEE, OKLAHOMA, MONDAY, AUGUST 2, 2004 IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING THE BOARD OF CITY COMMISSIONERS MEETING AT 5:30 P.M., PURSUANT TO NOTICE DULY POSTED AS PRESCRIBED BY LAW. UPON ROLL CALL, A QUORUM WAS DECLARED PRESENT WITH THE FOLLOWING MEMBERS IN ATTENDANCE:
Vice Chairman Peterson presided and called the meeting to order.
AGENDA ITEM NO. 2: Declaration of a Quorum.
Vice Chairman Peterson declared a quorum present.
AGENDA ITEM NO. 3: Consider approval of Consent Agenda.
a. Minutes of July 19, 2004 meeting
b. Confirm action taken under City Commission Agenda Item No. 7 regarding opening bids for perimeter fencing at Shawnee Regional Airport (City Commission opened bids for perimeter fencing at Shawnee Regional Airport)
A motion was made by Trustee Claybrook, seconded by Trustee Downing, to approve the Consent Agenda (a-b), as presented. Motion carried.
There being no further business to come before the meeting, a motion was made by Trustee Hadley, seconded by Trustee Schrzan, that the meeting be adjourned. Motion carried. (6:20 p.m.)
