Applicant: Crafton, Tull, Sparks & Associates, Inc. - A Public Hearing for consideration of granting the following variances to the City of Shawnee Zoning Code:
1. Section 1001.7 of the Shawnee Zoning Code to vary the dimensional standards of required off-street parking.
2. Section 40.2.1 of the Shawnee Subdivision and Development Standards to vary from the required 150-foot driveway separation requirement.
