DECLARATION OF A QUORUM

1. Consider approval of Consent Agenda:

a. Minutes from the May 7, 2012 meeting.
b. Confirm action taken by City Commission on May 7, 2012 regarding a resolution declaring Enclosed Fishing Dock on Shawnee Twin Lake Number One surplus and authorizing staff to accept bids for sale and removal of said dock.

2. Consider Bids:
a. Lakeview Estates Water Line Replacement (Open)
b. Sale and Removal of Fishing Wharf and Walkways (Enclosed Fishing Dock) on Shawnee Twin Lake Number One (Open)

3. New Business
(Any matter not known about or which could
not have been reasonably foreseen prior to
the posting of the agenda)
