CONSIDER APPROVAL OF MAY 10, 2006 MINUTES
A motion was made by Terry Toole and seconded by Ron Davis to approve the minutes from May 10, 2006 with one correction. Mike Adcock made the statement that the City should be in the business of operating the FBO. MOTION CARRIED.

AGENDA ITEM NO 4:
REPORTS
A Committee was formed to review the RFP on the fuel provider. There was a motion made by Wes Mainord and seconded by Don Dudley to approve whatever fuel provider the committee recommended. There were concerns expressed over the progress of the City assuming the FBO duties. Mr. Sharp acknowledged these concerns and stated that when all of the part time employees were hired and the self service fuel provider was in place these issues should be resolved. Mr. Collard requested that any complaints or concerns be submitted to staff in writing. MOTION CARRIED.

The Board expressed appreciation to Jim and Ashley Hunt, Ron Davis and Mark White for their contributions to the airport during the transitional phase.
