A QUORUM WAS DECLARED
AGENDA ITEM NO 3:
CONSIDER PROPOSAL FROM OBU TO PURCHASE PROPERTY THEY CURRENTLY LEASE
After a presentation from Randy Smith and a full discussion, Tim Stephens made a motion to have OBU proceed with an appraisal of the property and return to the board with the results. Motion seconded by Jim Taheri. MOTION CARRIED.
AYE: Don Dudley, Jim Taheri, Tim Stephens
NAY: Ron Davis, Terry Toole
AGENDA ITEM NO 4:
CONSIDER AMENDMENT TO THE FALCON CABLE MEDIA LEASE AGREEMENT.
A motion was made by Ron Davis to deny amendment with Falcon Cable Media, and negotiate new lease with Allegiance Communications, LLC based on fair market appraisal of property, and to deny sublease to Allegiance. Motion was seconded by Jim Taheri. MOTION CARRIED.

CITIZEN PARTICIPATION
Chuck Mills presented a draft of a comment card questionnaire for Airport patrons.
