ITEM ONE:
CONSIDER AND APPROVE MINUTES OF AUGUST 23RD MEETING
A motion to approve the minutes of August 23, 2006 was made by Don Dudley, seconded by Jim Taheri. MOTION CARRIED.

ITEM TWO:
DISCUSS AND CONSIDER SHAWNEE LITTLE THEATRE, INC PROPOSAL
Jim Taheri expressed concerns regarding sales of airport property and the possible negative impact on future growth. A motion to defer any action until the members have time to review full appraisal was made by Don Dudley, seconded by Ron Davis. MOTION CARRIED.

DISCUSS AND CONSIDER OKLAHOMA BAPTIST UNIVERSITY PROPOSAL
A motion to defer any action until the members have time to review full appraisal was made by Ron Davis, seconded by Don Dudley. MOTION CARRIED.

ITEM FOUR:
DISCUSS AND CONSIDER HANGAR RENTAL INCREASE
A motion to defer any action on raising the hangar rent until more services can be offered to the tenants was made by Ron Davis, seconded by Jim Taheri. MOTION CARRIED.

ITEM FIVE:
DISCUSS AND CONSIDER WAVE TECHNOLOGIES, INC LEASE
Chuck Mills gave a presentation outlining the details of the lease with Wave Technologies, Inc. The board requested the term of the lease be changed from twenty years to five years, with annual renewals. A motion to approve the lease with Wave Technologies, Inc. contingent upon the termination of the lease with the U. S. Army Reserve and with the change of lease term, was made by Ron Davis, seconded by Jim Taheri. MOTION CARRIED.
