DECLARATION OF A QUORUM
ITEM ONE:
CONSIDER AND APPROVAL OF OCTOBER 25, 2006 MINUTES
Motion was made to approve October 25, 2006 minutes by Wes Mainord, seconded by Don Dudley. Motion carried.
ITEM TWO:
PRESENTATION BY DOUG HOWARD OF HOWARD & ASSOCIATES, INC
Doug Howard of Howard and Associates, Inc made a presentation regarding renovations of the Terminal building. Chairman Toole expressed the appreciation of the board to Mr. Howard. No action taken.
ITEM THREE:
DISCUSS AND CONSIDER TERMINAL BUILDING RENOVATIONS
Chairman Toole recommended deferring any action on this item until more information was available. No action taken.
ITEM FOUR:
REQUEST BY FRED MARTIN TO AMEND LEASE
A motion was made to approve an amendment to the Oklahoma Jetworks lease suspending the rent until July 1, 2007, at which time payments in the monthly sum of $ 1950.00 will be made until the lease payments are equal to the amount that would have been paid had the payments commenced on July 1, 2006 in the amount of $1325.00, by Wes Mainord, seconded by Don Dudley. Motion carried.

Jerry Sharp gave an update on fuel sales. Jim Collard confirmed that the proceeds from the sell of the OBU and Little Theatre properties would be used for capital improvements.
