Back to FULL ListingTHE TRUSTEES OF THE SHAWNEE AIRPORT AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF SHAWNEE, COUNTY OF POTTAWATOMIE, STATE OF OKLAHOMA, MET IN REGULAR SCHEDULED SESSION IN THE COMMISSION CHAMBERS AT CITY HALL, 9TH AND BROADWAY, SHAWNEE, OKLAHOMA, TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 20, 2007 IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING THE BOARD OF CITY COMMISSIONERS MEETING AT 6:30 P.M., PURSUANT TO NOTICE DULY POSTED AS PRESCRIBED BY LAW. UPON ROLL CALL, A QUORUM WAS DECLARED PRESENT WITH THE FOLLOWING MEMBERS IN ATTENDANCE:

PRESENT: Stephens, Schrzan, O’Neal, Mills, Young, Peterson
ABSENT: Daugherty

AGENDA ITEM NO. 1: Call to Order.

Chairman Mills presided and called the meeting to order.

AGENDA ITEM NO. 2: Declaration of a Quorum.

Chairman Mills declared a quorum present.

AGENDA ITEM NO. 3: Consider approval of Consent Agenda.

a. Minutes of February 5, 2007 meeting

b. Confirm action under City Commissioners Agenda Item No. 4(d) regarding acknowledgement of beginning payments to BancFirst pursuant to the Lease Agreement of December 16, 2002 in reference to the loan default by Oklahoma Jet Works. The City guaranteed a twelve-month payment stream of $4,691.08, capped at $56,293.
City Commission deferred Agenda Item No. 4(d) until March 5, 2007.

A motion was made by Trustee Schrzan, seconded by Vice Chairman Peterson, to approve the Consent Agenda Item No. 3(a-b) as presented.

There being no further business to come before the meeting, a motion was made by Trustee O’Neal, seconded by Trustee Schrzan, that the meeting be adjourned. Motion carried 6-0. (9:40 p.m.)
