Back to FULL ListingTHE TRUSTEES OF THE SHAWNEE AIRPORT AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF SHAWNEE, COUNTY OF POTTAWATOMIE, STATE OF OKLAHOMA, MET IN REGULAR SCHEDULED SESSION IN THE COMMISSION CHAMBERS AT CITY HALL, 9TH AND BROADWAY, SHAWNEE, OKLAHOMA, MONDAY, JULY 16, 2007 IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING THE BOARD OF CITY COMMISSIONERS MEETING AT 6:30 P.M., PURSUANT TO NOTICE DULY POSTED AS PRESCRIBED BY LAW. UPON ROLL CALL, A QUORUM WAS DECLARED PRESENT WITH THE FOLLOWING MEMBERS IN ATTENDANCE:

PRESENT: Stephens, Schrzan, O’Neal, Mills, Young, Peterson
ABSENT: Daugherty

AGENDA ITEM NO. 1: Call to Order.

Chairman Mills presided and called the meeting to order.

AGENDA ITEM NO. 2: Declaration of a Quorum.

Chairman Mills declared a quorum present.

AGENDA ITEM NO. 3: Consider approval of Consent Agenda.

a. Minutes of July 2, 2007 meeting

b. Confirm action taken under City Commission Agenda Item No. 17 regarding acceptance of Taxiway Reconstruction Project and placing maintenance bonds into effect.
Item was continued to the 8/6/07City Commission meeting

c. Confirm action taken under City Commission Agenda Item No. 18 regarding amendment to WAVE Technologies, Inc. lease at Shawnee Regional Airport.
Item was continued to the 8/6/07 City Commission meeting

A motion was made by Vice Chairman Peterson, seconded by Trustee Stephens, to approve Consent Agenda as presented. Motion carried 6-0.
