4) Case #Z02-08 Location of property: 330 N. Broadway – Applicant: Walt Henry obo Midfirst Bank. A Public Hearing for consideration of granting a variance to the sign height requirement allowing for a 25 foot sign when the maximum height allowed is 20 feet. Deferred from February 21, 2008 meeting.
