An Ordinance Establishing Guidelines for the Location and Conditions for Approval for Rehabilitation/Abuse Sex Offenders Treatment Centers - Outpatient; Amending ARTICLE VI, SECTION 601.1 – Commercial Uses of the City of Shawnee Zoning Code Allowing Rehabilitation/Abuse Drug & Alcohol Treatment Centers – Outpatient with a Conditional Use Permit; Amending ARTICLE VII, SECTION 701.1 – Industrial Uses of the City of Shawnee Zoning Code Allowing Rehabilitation/Abuse Treatment Centers – Outpatient with a Conditional Use Permit; Creating a New Section of the City of the Shawnee Zoning Code to be Codified as ARTICLE IX, SECTION 901.23; Providing for Severability; and Declaring an Emergency.
