THE TRUSTEES OF THE SHAWNEE MUNICIPAL AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF SHAWNEE, COUNTY OF POTTAWATOMIE, STATE OF OKLAHOMA, MET IN REGULAR SCHEDULED SESSION IN THE COMMISSION CHAMBERS AT CITY HALL, 9TH AND BROADWAY, SHAWNEE, OKLAHOMA, MONDAY, MAY 5, 2008 IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING THE BOARD OF CITY COMMISSIONERS MEETING AT 6:30 P.M., PURSUANT TO NOTICE DULY POSTED AS PRESCRIBED BY LAW. UPON ROLL CALL, A QUORUM WAS DECLARED PRESENT WITH THE FOLLOWING MEMBERS IN ATTENDANCE:
PRESENT: Stephens, Schrzan, O’Neal, Mills, Collier, Peterson, Holt
ABSENT:
AGENDA ITEM NO. 1: Call to Order
AGENDA ITEM NO. 2: Declaration of a Quorum
AGENDA ITEM NO. 3: Consider approval of Consent Agenda
a. Confirm action taken by City Commission on Agenda Item No. 1 concerning appointment of Vice-Mayor.
City Commission approved Commissioner Stephens as Vice Mayor.
b. Minutes of April 21, 2008 meeting.
City Commission approved the minutes of April 21, 2008 meeting.
A motion was made by Trustee Holt, seconded by Trustee Peterson, to approve the Consent Agenda (a-b), as presented. Motion carried 7-0.
There being no further business to come before the meeting, a motion was made by Trustee Holt, seconded by Trustee Schrzan, that the meeting be adjourned. Motion carried 7-0. (9:33 p.m.)
