4) Case #P19-08-A public hearing for consideration of approval of a Conditional Use Permit in C-1 zoning to allow for furniture and home furnishings sales for property located at 1801 W. MacArthur. (Applicant: Kermit Milburn.). Continued from June 4, 2008 meeting.
5) Case #P22-08- A public hearing for consideration of approval to rezone property from R-3; Multi-Family to C-3; Automotive, Commercial & Recreation for property located at 304 E. MacArthur (Eric & Loree Hopkins) Referred back by City Commission.
6) Case #P23-08- A public hearing for consideration of approval of a Conditional Use Permit to allow for the sale of beer & alcohol for on premise consumption in C-4, Central Business District, for property located at 118 E. Main. (Applicant: Kevin Bentley)
7) Case #P24-08- A public hearing for consideration of approval of a Conditional Use Permit to allow for the sale of beer for off premise consumption in C-3, Automotive, Commercial & Recreation District for property located at 1527 N. Kickapoo and a Conditional Use Permit to allow for the sale of beer & alcohol for off premise consumption in C-3, Automotive, Commercial & Recreation District for property located at 1529 N.
