CONSIDER AND APPROVAL OF CONSENT AGENDA
1. Minutes from the April 16, 2008 meeting
Staff report. Port Authority of the Greater Oklahoma City area gave approval to continue with the application for the foreign trade zone.

A motion was made by Dick Romine and seconded by Bill Beck to approve the consent agenda.

DISCUSS STATUS OF YOUTH AVIATION ADVENTURE PROGRAM EVENT SCHEDULED MAY 3, 2008
Bill Beck gave a report on the Youth Aviation Adventure event. It was an overwhelming success, and he thanked the board members who participated.

A motion was made by Mike Langley and seconded by Bill Beck to recommend approval of the contract amendment with LBR, Inc.
