THE TRUSTEES OF THE SHAWNEE MUNICIPAL AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF SHAWNEE, COUNTY OF POTTAWATOMIE, STATE OF OKLAHOMA, MET IN REGULAR SCHEDULED SESSION IN THE COMMISSION CHAMBERS AT CITY HALL, 9TH AND BROADWAY, SHAWNEE, OKLAHOMA, MONDAY, JUNE 16, 2008 IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING THE BOARD OF CITY COMMISSIONERS MEETING AT 6:30 P.M., PURSUANT TO NOTICE DULY POSTED AS PRESCRIBED BY LAW. UPON ROLL CALL, A QUORUM WAS DECLARED PRESENT WITH THE FOLLOWING MEMBERS IN ATTENDANCE:
AGENDA ITEM NO. 3: Consider approval of Consent Agenda
a. Minutes of June 2, 2008 meeting.
b. Confirm action taken on City Commission Agenda Item No.16 regarding a resolution declaring certain items of personal property surplus and no longer needed for City purposes; describing said items; and authorizing the sale of said items by City auction.
City Commission approved resolution declaring certain items of personal property surplus and no longer needed for City purposes and authorized the sale of said items by City Auction.
A motion was made by Trustee Schrzan, seconded by Trustee Peterson, to approve the Consent Agenda (a-b), as presented. Motion carried 7-0.
There being no further business to come before the meeting, a motion was made by Trustee O誰eal, seconded by Trustee Collier that the meeting be adjourned. Motion carried 7-0. (11:49 p.m.)
