1) Roll Call.
2) Approval of the minutes from the May 15, 2008 Zoning Board of Adjustment meeting.
3) Case #Z05-08 Location of property: 130 N. Park – Applicant: Rob Elliot obo Elliott Architects Inc. A Public Hearing for consideration of granting the following variances to the Zoning Code for the City of Shawnee as follows:
1. A variance to the City of Shawnee Zoning Code, Article X, Section 1001.3 “Use of Right of Way prohibited” to allow the alley adjacent to the subject site to be used for access to and as a maneuvering space to reach a required parking space. The proposed parking spaces and the alley maneuvering spaces will be paved in concrete.

2. A variance to the City of Shawnee Zoning Code, Article X, Section 1001.11 “Parking Spaces Required”-Parking Table 2 to reduce parking space requirements from 1 space per sleeping unit as required for Group Homes to ½ space per sleeping unit.
4) Case #Z06-08 Location of property: 201 N. Louisa – Applicant: Rob Elliot obo Elliott Architects Inc. A Public Hearing for consideration of granting the following variances to the Zoning Code for the City of Shawnee as follows:
1. A variance to the City of Shawnee Zoning Code, Article X, Section 1001.3 “Use of Right of Way prohibited” to allow the alley adjacent to the subject site to be used for access to and as a maneuvering space to reach a required parking space. The proposed parking spaces and the alley maneuvering spaces will be paved in concrete.

5) Case #Z07-08 Location of property: 2521 Sutton Ct. – Applicant: Americana Homes. A Public Hearing for consideration of granting the following variance to the Zoning Code for the City of Shawnee as follows:
A variance to the Zoning Code Article V, Section 503.5.B.2 Single Family Residential District (R-1), side yard setback requirements, allowing for encroachment of 1.3 feet on corner lot side yard setback.
