THE TRUSTEES OF THE SHAWNEE MUNICIPAL AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF SHAWNEE, COUNTY OF POTTAWATOMIE, STATE OF OKLAHOMA, MET IN REGULAR SCHEDULED SESSION IN THE COMMISSION CHAMBERS AT CITY HALL, 9TH AND BROADWAY, SHAWNEE, OKLAHOMA, MONDAY, AUGUST 18, 2008 IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING THE BOARD OF CITY COMMISSIONERS MEETING AT 6:30 P.M., PURSUANT TO NOTICE DULY POSTED AS PRESCRIBED BY LAW. UPON ROLL CALL, A QUORUM WAS DECLARED PRESENT WITH THE FOLLOWING MEMBERS IN ATTENDANCE:
AGENDA ITEM NO. 3: Consider approval of Consent Agenda
a. Minutes of August 4, 2008 meeting.
b. Confirm action taken by City Commission on Agenda Item No. 13 regarding Repair of Outfall Line – Southside Plant Bid (Award)
City Commission awarded bid to Urban Contractors, Inc., Oklahoma City, as the lowest and best bid of $92,734.00.
A motion was made by Trustee Holt, seconded by Trustee Collier, to approve the Consent Agenda as presented. Motion carried 6-0.
