THE TRUSTEES OF THE SHAWNEE MUNICIPAL AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF SHAWNEE, COUNTY OF POTTAWATOMIE, STATE OF OKLAHOMA, MET IN REGULAR SCHEDULED SESSION IN THE COMMISSION CHAMBERS AT CITY HALL, 9TH AND BROADWAY, SHAWNEE, OKLAHOMA, TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 2, 2008 IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING THE BOARD OF CITY COMMISSIONERS MEETING AT 6:30 P.M., PURSUANT TO NOTICE DULY POSTED AS PRESCRIBED BY LAW. UPON ROLL CALL, A QUORUM WAS DECLARED PRESENT WITH THE FOLLOWING MEMBERS IN ATTENDANCE:
AGENDA ITEM NO. 3: Consider approval of Consent Agenda
a. Minutes of August 18, 2008 meeting.
b. Confirm action taken by City Commission on Agenda Item No. 8 regarding awarding contract for repair of manhole on South Beard.
City Commission approved to award manhole repair on South Beard to Urban Contractors, Inc., in the amount of $28,400.
A motion was made by Vice Chairman Stephens, seconded by Trustee Collier, to approve the Consent Agenda as presented. Motion carried 5-0.

There being no further business to come before the meeting, a motion was made by Trustee O’Neal, seconded by Trustee Holt, that the meeting be adjourned. Motion carried 5-0. (7:13 p.m.)
