THE TRUSTEES OF THE SHAWNEE MUNICIPAL AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF SHAWNEE, COUNTY OF POTTAWATOMIE, STATE OF OKLAHOMA, MET IN REGULAR SCHEDULED SESSION IN THE COMMISSION CHAMBERS AT CITY HALL, 9TH AND BROADWAY, SHAWNEE, OKLAHOMA, MONDAY, OCTOBER 6, 2008 IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING THE BOARD OF CITY COMMISSIONERS MEETING AT 6:30 P.M., PURSUANT TO NOTICE DULY POSTED AS PRESCRIBED BY LAW. UPON ROLL CALL, A QUORUM WAS DECLARED PRESENT WITH THE FOLLOWING MEMBERS IN ATTENDANCE:
AGENDA ITEM NO. 3: Consider approval of Consent Agenda
a. Minutes of September 15, 2008 meeting.
b. Confirm action taken by City Commission on Agenda Item No. 25 regarding an update on negotiations concerning the Wes Watkins agreement between the Pottawatomie County Development Authority, the City of Tecumseh and the City of Shawnee.
The amendment negotiations between the Pottawatomie County Development Authority, the City of Tecumseh and the City of Shawnee should be ready to bring back by the November 3 commission meeting.
A motion was made by Trustee Holt, seconded by Trustee Peterson, to approve the Consent Agenda (a-b) as presented. Motion carried 7-0.
