Back to FULL ListingTHE TRUSTEES OF THE SHAWNEE AIRPORT AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF SHAWNEE, COUNTY OF POTTAWATOMIE, STATE OF OKLAHOMA, MET IN REGULAR SCHEDULED SESSION IN THE COMMISSION CHAMBERS AT CITY HALL, 9TH AND BROADWAY, SHAWNEE, OKLAHOMA, MONDAY, OCTOBER 20, 2008 IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING THE BOARD OF CITY COMMISSIONERS MEETING AT 6:30 P.M., PURSUANT TO NOTICE DULY POSTED AS PRESCRIBED BY LAW. UPON ROLL CALL, A QUORUM WAS DECLARED PRESENT WITH THE FOLLOWING MEMBERS IN ATTENDANCE:

PRESENT: Stephens, Schrzan, O’Neal, Mills, Collier, Peterson, Holt
ABSENT:
AGENDA ITEM NO. 1: Call to Order

AGENDA ITEM NO. 2: Declaration of a Quorum
AGENDA ITEM NO. 3: Consider approval of Consent Agenda

a. Minutes from the October 6, 2008 meetings.

A motion was made by Trustee Schrzan, seconded by Trustee Peterson, to approve the Consent Agenda Item No. 3(a), as presented. Motion carried 7-0.

AYE: Schrzan, Peterson, Holt, Stephens, O’Neal, Mills, Collier
NAY: None

AGENDA ITEM NO. 4: Administrative Reports

There were no Administrative Reports.

There being no further business to come before the meeting, a motion was made by Trustee Holt, seconded by Chairman Mills, that the meeting be adjourned.
