THE TRUSTEES OF THE SHAWNEE AIRPORT AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF SHAWNEE, COUNTY OF POTTAWATOMIE, STATE OF OKLAHOMA, MET IN REGULAR SCHEDULED SESSION IN THE COMMISSION CHAMBERS AT CITY HALL, 9TH AND BROADWAY, SHAWNEE, OKLAHOMA, MONDAY, DECEMBER 1, 2008 IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING THE BOARD OF CITY COMMISSIONERS MEETING AT 6:30 P.M., PURSUANT TO NOTICE DULY POSTED AS PRESCRIBED BY LAW. UPON ROLL CALL, A QUORUM WAS DECLARED PRESENT WITH THE FOLLOWING MEMBERS IN ATTENDANCE:

a. Minutes from the November 17, 2008 meetings.
A motion was made by Trustee Harrod, seconded by Trustee Sims, to approve Consent Agenda (a) as presented. Motion carried 6-0.
Under Administrative Reports Assistant Airport Manager Rex Hennen announced that the sale of two pieces of airport property is final and the money is in hand. The sale to Oklahoma Baptist University was completed last week and the sale to Shawnee Little Theater was completed a few months ago.
