4) Case # P03-09 - A public hearing for consideration of approval of a Conditional Use Permit to allow for dry cleaning, laundry and dyeing plant for property located at 704 E. Independence. (Applicant: Dwight Yancey)
5) Case # P04-09- A public hearing for consideration to grant a variance to the sidewalk ordinance for property located at 1010 E. MacArthur. The request is to waive the sidewalk requirement along MacArthur. (Applicant: Langley Management)
6) Case # S28-08 - Consideration of approval of a final plat for Sehorn Commercial Plaza located in the 2250 block of N. Harrison (Applicant: Mark Sehorn) Deferred from the January 7, 2009 meeting.
