4) Case #Z01-09 Location of property: 921 E. Whittaker– Applicant: City of Shawnee Urban Renewal Authority - A Public Hearing for consideration of granting the following variances to the Zoning Code as follows:
1. Article 1, Section 504.5 A.1 Allow for a 22-foot front yard setback when 25 feet minimum is required.
2. Article 1, Section 504.5 B. 2 Allow for a 9 foot 6 inch side yard setback (corner lot) when 25 feet minimum is required.
3. Article 1, Section 504.5 C. Allow for a 13-foot rear yard setback when 15 feet minimum is required.
