Discuss and consider an ordinance establishing and implementing a program to recover service fees for the deployment of public safety services rendered by the City of Shawnee for motor vehicle accidents that are outside the scope of basic crime prevention, investigation and fire protection. 13. Consider Citizen Potawatomi Nation and City of Shawnee Agreement for Overlay of South Gordon Cooper Drive B.I.A. Route No. 8804.
