THE TRUSTEES OF THE SHAWNEE AIRPORT AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF SHAWNEE, COUNTY OF POTTAWATOMIE, STATE OF OKLAHOMA, MET IN REGULAR SCHEDULED SESSION IN THE COMMISSION CHAMBERS AT CITY HALL, 9TH AND BROADWAY, SHAWNEE, OKLAHOMA, MONDAY, MAY 4, 2009 IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING THE BOARD OF CITY COMMISSIONERS MEETING AT 6:30 P.M., PURSUANT TO NOTICE DULY POSTED AS PRESCRIBED BY LAW. UPON ROLL CALL, A QUORUM WAS DECLARED PRESENT WITH THE FOLLOWING MEMBERS IN ATTENDANCE:

AGENDA ITEM NO. 3: Consider approval of Consent Agenda
a. Minutes from the April 20, 2009 meeting.
b. Confirm action taken by the City Commission on Agenda Item No. 2- f regarding a Budget Amendment for Shawnee Airport Authority Fund 511
To appropriate funds received from Oklahoma Aeronautics Commission to prepare preliminary engineering and discovery report for runway
c. Confirm action taken by the City Commission on Agenda Item No. 2- j regarding acknowledgement of Airport Advisory Board minutes from March 25, 2009
A motion was made by Trustee Harrod, seconded by Trustee Holt, that the Consent Agenda Item No. 3(a-c) be approved as presented. Motion carried 7-0.
There being no further business to come before the meeting, a motion was made by Trustee Holt, seconded by Trustee Collier, that the meeting be adjourned. Motion carried 7-0. (9:20 p.m.)
