THE TRUSTEES OF THE SHAWNEE MUNICIPAL AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF SHAWNEE, COUNTY OF POTTAWATOMIE, STATE OF OKLAHOMA, MET IN REGULAR SCHEDULED SESSION IN THE COMMISSION CHAMBERS AT CITY HALL, 9TH AND BROADWAY, SHAWNEE, OKLAHOMA, MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 21, 2009 IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING THE BOARD OF CITY COMMISSIONERS MEETING AT 6:30 P.M., PURSUANT TO NOTICE DULY POSTED AS PRESCRIBED BY LAW. UPON ROLL CALL, A QUORUM WAS DECLARED PRESENT WITH THE FOLLOWING MEMBERS IN ATTENDANCE:
AGENDA ITEM NO. 3: Consider approval of Consent Agenda.
a. Minutes from the September 8, 2009 meeting.
b. Confirm action taken by City Commission on Agenda Item Number 2-b regarding budget transfer between projects within the SMA Fund 501
c. Confirm action taken by City Commission on Agenda Item Number 9 regarding discussion of city contract for solid waste collection and disposal services and possible action.
A motion was made by Trustee Harrod, seconded by Trustee Collier, to approve Consent Agenda Item No. 3(a-c) as presented. Motion carried 7-0.
