THE TRUSTEES OF THE SHAWNEE MUNICIPAL AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF SHAWNEE, COUNTY OF POTTAWATOMIE, STATE OF OKLAHOMA, MET IN REGULAR SCHEDULED SESSION IN THE COMMISSION CHAMBERS AT CITY HALL, 9TH AND BROADWAY, SHAWNEE, OKLAHOMA, MONDAY, OCTOBER 5, 2009 IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING THE BOARD OF CITY COMMISSIONERS MEETING AT 6:30 P.M., PURSUANT TO NOTICE DULY POSTED AS PRESCRIBED BY LAW. UPON ROLL CALL, A QUORUM WAS DECLARED PRESENT WITH THE FOLLOWING MEMBERS IN ATTENDANCE:
AGENDA ITEM NO. 3: Consider approval of Consent Agenda.
a. Minutes from the September 21, 2009 meeting.
b. Confirm action taken by City Commission on Agenda Item Number 2- i regarding authorizing staff to request bids for secondary digester cleaning at the Southside Water Treatment Plant.

A motion was made by Trustee Sims, seconded by Trustee Winterringer, to approve Consent Agenda Item No. 3(a-d) as presented. Motion carried 7-0.
There being no further business to come before the meeting, a motion was made by Trustee Sims, seconded by Trustee Winterringer, that the meeting be adjourned. Motion carried 7-0. (7:55 p.m.)
