5) Case # P20-09 - A public hearing for consideration of approval to rezone property from R-3; Multi Family to C-1; Neighborhood Commercial for property located at 100 E. 45th. Applicant: Dr. Marshall Geckler.
6) Case # P21-09 - A public hearing for consideration of approval of a Conditional Use Permit in R-3 zoning district to allow for a day care for property located at 418 W. 11th. Applicant: Goldia Morris.
