THE TRUSTEES OF THE SHAWNEE AIRPORT AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF SHAWNEE, COUNTY OF POTTAWATOMIE, STATE OF OKLAHOMA, MET IN REGULAR SCHEDULED SESSION IN THE COMMISSION CHAMBERS AT CITY HALL, 9TH AND BROADWAY, SHAWNEE, OKLAHOMA, MONDAY, OCTOBER 19, 2009 IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING THE BOARD OF CITY COMMISSIONERS MEETING AT 6:30 P.M., PURSUANT TO NOTICE DULY POSTED AS PRESCRIBED BY LAW. UPON ROLL CALL, A QUORUM WAS DECLARED PRESENT WITH THE FOLLOWING MEMBERS IN ATTENDANCE:
AGENDA ITEM NO. 3: Consider approval of Consent Agenda.
a. Minutes from the October 5, 2009 meeting.
b. Confirm action taken on City Commission Agenda Item Number 2-e acknowledging vacancy on the Airport Advisory Board. City Commission voted to declare a vacancy on the Airport Advisory Board.
c. Confirm action taken on City Commission Agenda Item Number 12 regarding consideration of Commercial Lease Agreement with Allegiance Communications for lease of a portion of Airport property located at 1821 Airport Drive. City Commission voted to approve a commercial lease agreement with Allegiance Communications, as amended.
A motion was made by Trustee Winterringer, seconded by Trustee Collier, to approve Consent Agenda Item No. 3(a-c) as presented. Motion carried 4-0.
There being no further business to come before the meeting, a motion was made by Trustee Harrod, seconded by Trustee Winterringer, that the meeting be adjourned. Motion carried 4-0. (8:14 p.m.)
