THE TRUSTEES OF THE SHAWNEE AIRPORT AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF SHAWNEE, COUNTY OF POTTAWATOMIE, STATE OF OKLAHOMA, MET IN REGULAR SCHEDULED SESSION IN THE COMMISSION CHAMBERS AT CITY HALL, 9TH AND BROADWAY, SHAWNEE, OKLAHOMA, MONDAY, NOVEMBER 2, 2009 IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING THE BOARD OF CITY COMMISSIONERS MEETING AT 6:30 P.M., PURSUANT TO NOTICE DULY POSTED AS PRESCRIBED BY LAW. UPON ROLL CALL, A QUORUM WAS DECLARED PRESENT WITH THE FOLLOWING MEMBERS IN ATTENDANCE:
AGENDA ITEM NO. 3: Consider approval of Consent Agenda.
a. Minutes from the October19, 2009 meeting.
Item was pulled and deferred to the next City Commission meeting.
b. Confirm action taken by City Commission on Agenda Item Number 6 regarding approval of Professional Services Agreement between the City of Shawnee (Shawnee Regional Airport) and the Central Oklahoma Economic Development District for EDA Project Number 08-01-04405 grant administration.
A motion was made by Vice Chair Stephens, seconded by Trustee Sims, to defer Item No. 3-a to the next meeting and approve Consent Agenda Item No. 3(b) as presented. Motion carried 6-0.
There being no further business to come before the meeting, a motion was made by Trustee Sims, seconded by Trustee Collier, that the meeting be adjourned. Motion carried 6-0. (10:15 p.m.)
