4) Case # P23-09 - A public hearing for consideration of approval to rezone property from RE: Rural Estates to C-3: Automotive, Commercial & Recreation for property located at 39202 W. MacArthur. Applicant: Brian Mahaffey.
5) Case # P24-09 - A public hearing for consideration to rezone property from R-3: Multi-Family to C-3: Automotive, Commercial & Recreation for property located at 1100 E. Wayne. Applicant: Roy Reece.
