2) Approval of the minutes from the July 16. 2009 Zoning Board of Adjustment meeting.
3) Consideration of approval of the 2010 schedule of regular meetings for the Zoning Board of Adjustment.
4) Case #Z04-09 - Location of property: 650 N. Broadway
Applicant: Kaye Steele Harrod - A Public Hearing for consideration of granting a variance to the City of Shawnee Zoning Code Article XII, Section 1201.7 RESTORATION OF DAMAGED USE which states:
“When a nonconforming use of a building is damaged by fire, explosion, natural cause, or public enemy, by more than fifty (50%) percent of its true value, said building shall only be restored when it conforms with the district regulation on which it is located.”
The request is to allow full rebuild rights if the structure is destroyed.
