THE TRUSTEES OF THE SHAWNEE MUNICIPAL AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF SHAWNEE, COUNTY OF POTTAWATOMIE, STATE OF OKLAHOMA, MET IN REGULAR SCHEDULED SESSION IN THE COMMISSION CHAMBERS AT CITY HALL, 9TH AND BROADWAY, SHAWNEE, OKLAHOMA, MONDAY, DECEMBER 7, 2009 IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING THE BOARD OF CITY COMMISSIONERS MEETING AT 6:30 P.M., PURSUANT TO NOTICE DULY POSTED AS PRESCRIBED BY LAW. UPON ROLL CALL, A QUORUM WAS DECLARED PRESENT WITH THE FOLLOWING MEMBERS IN ATTENDANCE:
AGENDA ITEM NO. 3: Consider approval of Consent Agenda
a. Minutes from the November 16, 2009 meeting.
b. Confirm action taken by City Commission on Agenda Item Number 12 regarding cancellation of December 21, 2009, regular scheduled Board of City Commissioners, Shawnee Municipal Authority and Shawnee Airport Authority meetings.
City Commission approved cancellation of the regular scheduled meeting of December 21, 2009.
A motion was made by Trustee Sims, seconded by Trustee Collier, to approve the Consent Agenda Item No. 3(a-b), as presented. Motion carried 6-0.
