THE TRUSTEES OF THE SHAWNEE AIRPORT AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF SHAWNEE, COUNTY OF POTTAWATOMIE, STATE OF OKLAHOMA, MET IN REGULAR SCHEDULED SESSION IN THE COMMISSION CHAMBERS AT CITY HALL, 9TH AND BROADWAY, SHAWNEE, OKLAHOMA, MONDAY, JANUARY 4, 2010 IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING THE BOARD OF CITY COMMISSIONERS MEETING AT 6:30 P.M., PURSUANT TO NOTICE DULY POSTED AS PRESCRIBED BY LAW. UPON ROLL CALL, A QUORUM WAS DECLARED PRESENT WITH THE FOLLOWING MEMBERS IN ATTENDANCE:
PRESENT: Stephens, Sims, Peterson, Collier, Winterringer, Holt
ABSENT: Harrod
AGENDA ITEM NO. 1: Call to Order
AGENDA ITEM NO. 2: Declaration of a Quorum
AGENDA ITEM NO. 3: Consider approval of Consent Agenda.
a. Minutes from the December 7, 2009 meeting.
b. Confirm action taken by City Commission on Agenda Item Number 5 regarding consideration of lease agreements with Air Flite, Inc., for the lease of portions of Airport property located at 2304 Airport Drive and 2320 Airport Drive.
City Commission pulled from Agenda and deferred until the January 19th City Commission meeting.
A motion was made by Trustee Sims, seconded by Trustee Collier, to approve Consent Agenda Item No. 3(a), less (b) as presented. Motion carried 5-0-1.
There being no further business to come before the meeting, a motion was made by Trustee Sims, seconded by Trustee Collier, that the meeting be adjourned. Motion carried 6-0. (9:57 p.m.)
