THE TRUSTEES OF THE SHAWNEE AIRPORT AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF SHAWNEE, COUNTY OF POTTAWATOMIE, STATE OF OKLAHOMA, MET IN REGULAR SCHEDULED SESSION IN THE COMMISSION CHAMBERS AT CITY HALL, 9TH AND BROADWAY, SHAWNEE, OKLAHOMA, TUESDAY, JANUARY 19, 2010 IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING THE BOARD OF CITY COMMISSIONERS MEETING AT 6:30 P.M., PURSUANT TO NOTICE DULY POSTED AS PRESCRIBED BY LAW. UPON ROLL CALL, A QUORUM WAS DECLARED PRESENT WITH THE FOLLOWING MEMBERS IN ATTENDANCE:

a. Minutes from the January 4, 2010 meeting.
b. Confirm action taken by City Commission on Agenda Item Number 5 regarding presentation of the City of Shawnee Audited Financial Statements for the year ended June 30, 2009.
City Commission acknowledged presentation of the City of Shawnee Audited Financial Statements given by Vanessa Dutton.
c. Confirm action taken by City Commission on Agenda Item Number 8 regarding lease agreements with Air Flite, Inc., for the lease of portions of Airport property located at 2304 Airport Drive and 2320 Airport Drive. Deferred from January 4, 2010 meeting
City Commission approved lease agreements with Air Flite, Inc.
A motion was made by Trustee Sims, seconded by Trustee Winterringer, to approve Consent Agenda Item No. 3(a-c) as presented. Motion carried 7-0.
There being no further business to come before the meeting, a motion was made by Trustee Sims, seconded by Trustee Holt, that the meeting be adjourned. Motion carried 7-0. (8:40 p.m.)
