THE TRUSTEES OF THE SHAWNEE AIRPORT AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF SHAWNEE, COUNTY OF POTTAWATOMIE, STATE OF OKLAHOMA, MET IN REGULAR SCHEDULED SESSION IN THE COMMISSION CHAMBERS AT CITY HALL, 9TH AND BROADWAY, SHAWNEE, OKLAHOMA, MONDAY, FEBRUARY 1, 2010 IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING THE BOARD OF CITY COMMISSIONERS MEETING AT 6:30 P.M., PURSUANT TO NOTICE DULY POSTED AS PRESCRIBED BY LAW. UPON ROLL CALL, A QUORUM WAS DECLARED PRESENT WITH THE FOLLOWING MEMBERS IN ATTENDANCE:
PRESENT: Stephens, Sims, Harrod, Peterson, Collier, Winterringer, Holt
ABSENT:
AGENDA ITEM NO. 1: Call to Order
AGENDA ITEM NO. 2: Declaration of a Quorum
AGENDA ITEM NO. 3: Consider approval of Consent Agenda.
a. Minutes from the January 19, 2010 meeting.
b. Confirm action taken by City Commission on Agenda Item Number 9(b) regarding opening of bid for Shawnee Regional Airport Terminal Building Contract No. COS-PW-09-01, EDA Award No. 08-01-04405, OAC Project No. SNL-10-S
City Commission deferred bids to staff for review and recommendation at the next City Commission meeting.
A motion was made by Trustee Holt, seconded by Trustee Sims, to approve Consent Agenda Item No. 3(a-b) as presented. Motion carried 7-0.
There being no further business to come before the meeting, a motion was made by Trustee Holt, seconded by Trustee Collier, that the meeting be adjourned. Motion carried 7-0. (8:22 p.m.)
