Back to FULL ListingTHE TRUSTEES OF THE SHAWNEE MUNICIPAL AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF SHAWNEE, COUNTY OF POTTAWATOMIE, STATE OF OKLAHOMA, MET IN REGULAR SCHEDULED SESSION IN THE COMMISSION CHAMBERS AT CITY HALL, 9TH AND BROADWAY, SHAWNEE, OKLAHOMA, MONDAY, MARCH 15, 2010 IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING THE BOARD OF CITY COMMISSIONERS MEETING AT 6:30 P.M., PURSUANT TO NOTICE DULY POSTED AS PRESCRIBED BY LAW. UPON ROLL CALL, A QUORUM WAS DECLARED PRESENT WITH THE FOLLOWING MEMBERS IN ATTENDANCE:

PRESENT: Stephens, Sims, Harrod, Peterson, Collier, Winterringer, Holt
ABSENT:

AGENDA ITEM NO. 1: Call to Order

AGENDA ITEM NO. 2: Declaration of a Quorum

AGENDA ITEM NO. 3: Consider approval of Consent Agenda

a. Minutes from the March 1, 2010 meeting.

b. Confirm action taken by City Commission on Agenda Item 2-c regarding Transfer of Appropriation – FY 2009-10 SMA 501
City Commissioners approved.

A motion was made by Trustee Collier, seconded by Trustee Harrod, to approve the Consent Agenda Item No. 3(a-b) as presented. Motion carried 6-0.
