THE TRUSTEES OF THE SHAWNEE AIRPORT AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF SHAWNEE, COUNTY OF POTTAWATOMIE, STATE OF OKLAHOMA, MET IN REGULAR SCHEDULED SESSION IN THE COMMISSION CHAMBERS AT CITY HALL, 9TH AND BROADWAY, SHAWNEE, OKLAHOMA, MONDAY, APRIL 5, 2010 IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING THE BOARD OF CITY COMMISSIONERS MEETING AT 6:30 P.M., PURSUANT TO NOTICE DULY POSTED AS PRESCRIBED BY LAW. UPON ROLL CALL, A QUORUM WAS DECLARED PRESENT WITH THE FOLLOWING MEMBERS IN ATTENDANCE:

A motion was made by Trustee Harrod, seconded by Trustee Sims, to approve Consent Agenda Item No. 3(a) as presented. Motion carried 6-0.
Assistant Airport Manager Rex Hennen announced the third annual Youth Aviation Adventure at Shawnee Regional Airport will be Saturday, April 10th, from 8:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. Mr. Hennen also announced the ground breaking for the new terminal building will be April 29, 2010.
