Back to FULL ListingTHE TRUSTEES OF THE SHAWNEE MUNICIPAL AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF SHAWNEE, COUNTY OF POTTAWATOMIE, STATE OF OKLAHOMA, MET IN REGULAR SCHEDULED SESSION IN THE COMMISSION CHAMBERS AT CITY HALL, 9TH AND BROADWAY, SHAWNEE, OKLAHOMA, MONDAY, APRIL 5, 2010 IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING THE BOARD OF CITY COMMISSIONERS MEETING AT 6:30 P.M., PURSUANT TO NOTICE DULY POSTED AS PRESCRIBED BY LAW. UPON ROLL CALL, A QUORUM WAS DECLARED PRESENT WITH THE FOLLOWING MEMBERS IN ATTENDANCE:

PRESENT: Sims, Harrod, Peterson, Collier, Winterringer, Holt
ABSENT: Stephens

AGENDA ITEM NO. 1: Call to Order

AGENDA ITEM NO. 2: Declaration of a Quorum

AGENDA ITEM NO. 3: Consider approval of Consent Agenda

a. Minutes from the March 15, 2010 meeting.

b. Minutes from March 23, 2010 joint meeting with Tecumseh Utility Authority.

c. Confirm action taken by City Commission on Agenda Item No. 2(b) regarding transfer of Appropriation FY 09-10 SMA
City Commission approved.

d. Confirm action taken by City Commission on Agenda Item No. 2(k) regarding authorizing staff to advertise for bids on Shawnee Municipal Authority 30” raw water transmission line from Shawnee Twin Lakes to the water treatment plant.
City Commission approved

e. Confirm action taken by City Commission on Agenda Item No. 2(1) regarding acknowledging receipt of DEQ Permit to Construct, Permit No. WL000063090453.
City Commission approved.

A motion was made and amended by Trustee Holt, seconded by Trustee Winterringer, to acknowledge the opening of bids for Solid Waste Disposal services on March 15, 2010 and to approve the Consent Agenda Item No. 3(a-e) as amended. Motion carried 5-0-1.

NAY: None
ABSTAIN: Harrod

There being no further business to be considered, a motion was made by Trustee Sims, seconded by Trustee Winterringer, that the meeting be adjourned. Motion carried 6-0. (8:42 p.m.)
