THE TRUSTEES OF THE SHAWNEE MUNICIPAL AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF SHAWNEE, COUNTY OF POTTAWATOMIE, STATE OF OKLAHOMA, MET IN REGULAR SCHEDULED SESSION IN THE COMMISSION CHAMBERS AT CITY HALL, 9TH AND BROADWAY, SHAWNEE, OKLAHOMA, MONDAY, MAY 17, 2010 IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING THE BOARD OF CITY COMMISSIONERS MEETING AT 6:30 P.M., PURSUANT TO NOTICE DULY POSTED AS PRESCRIBED BY LAW. UPON ROLL CALL, A QUORUM WAS DECLARED PRESENT WITH THE FOLLOWING MEMBERS IN ATTENDANCE:
AGENDA ITEM NO. 3: Consider approval of Consent Agenda
a. Minutes from the May 3, 2010 meeting.
b. Confirm action taken by City Commission on Agenda Item No. 2-c regarding Transfer of Appropriation FY 2009-2010 SMA Fund.
A motion was made by Vice Mayor Sims, seconded by Trustee Winterringer, to approve the Consent Agenda Item No. 3(a-b) as presented. Motion carried 7-0.
There being no further business to be considered, a motion was made by Vice Mayor Sims, seconded by Trustee Collier, that the meeting be adjourned. Motion carried 7-0. (8:06 p.m.)
