THE TRUSTEES OF THE SHAWNEE MUNICIPAL AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF SHAWNEE, COUNTY OF POTTAWATOMIE, STATE OF OKLAHOMA, MET IN REGULAR SCHEDULED SESSION IN THE COMMISSION CHAMBERS AT CITY HALL, 9TH AND BROADWAY, SHAWNEE, OKLAHOMA, TUESDAY, JULY 6, 2010 IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING THE BOARD OF CITY COMMISSIONERS MEETING AT 6:30 P.M., PURSUANT TO NOTICE DULY POSTED AS PRESCRIBED BY LAW. UPON ROLL CALL, A QUORUM WAS DECLARED PRESENT WITH THE FOLLOWING MEMBERS IN ATTENDANCE:
AGENDA ITEM NO. 3: Consider approval of Consent Agenda
a. Minutes from the June 21, 2010 meeting.
b. Confirm action taken by City Commission on Agenda Item No. 2-e regarding the appointment of James Bryce, Interim Finance Director regarding the appointment of James Bryce, Interim Director of Operations, as City of Shawnee representative to the Wes Watkins Reservoir Oversight Committee. (Approved by City Commission)
A motion was made by Trustee Harrod, seconded by Trustee Collier, to approve the Consent Agenda Item No. 3(a-b) as presented. Motion carried 7-0.
There being no further business to be considered, a motion was made by Trustee Sims, seconded by Trustee Winterringer, that the meeting be adjourned. Motion carried 7-0. (7:03 p.m.)
