THE TRUSTEES OF THE SHAWNEE MUNICIPAL AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF SHAWNEE, COUNTY OF POTTAWATOMIE, STATE OF OKLAHOMA, MET IN REGULAR SCHEDULED SESSION IN THE COMMISSION CHAMBERS AT CITY HALL, 9TH AND BROADWAY, SHAWNEE, OKLAHOMA, MONDAY JULY 19, 2010, FOLLOWING THE BOARD OF CITY COMMISSIONERS MEETING AT 6:30 P.M., PURSUANT TO NOTICE DULY POSTED AS PRESCRIBED BY LAW. UPON ROLL CALL, A QUORUM WAS DECLARED WITH THE FOLLOWING MEMBERS IN ATTENDANCE:
AGENDA ITEM NO. 3: Consider approval of Consent Agenda.
a. Minutes from the July 19, 2010 meeting.
b. Confirm action taken by City Commission on Agenda Item No. 4(n) regarding authorizing staff to accept bids for the replacement of bearings and seals for two trickling filters at the Southside Wastewater Treatment Plant. (City Commission approved)
c. Confirm action taken by City Commission on Agenda Item No. 4(o) regarding authorizing staff to accept bids for annual pipe bursting. (City Commission Approved)
d. Confirm action taken by City Commission on Agenda Item Number 10(a), regarding opening of bid for Shawnee Lake No. 2 Intake Tower Valve Replacements DWSRF Project N.: P40-102050-0. (City Commission voted to defer bid award until the August 2, 2010 meeting).
A motion was made by Trustee Collier, seconded by Trustee Winterringer, to approve the consent agenda. Motion carried 6-0.
