UPON ROLL CALL, A QUORUM WAS DECLARED PRESENT WITH THE FOLLOWING MEMBERS IN ATTENDANCE:

PRESENT: Stephens, Sims, Harrod, Collier, Winterringer, Holt
ABSENT: Peterson

AGENDA ITEM NO. 1: Call to Order

AGENDA ITEM NO. 3: Consider approval of Consent Agenda.

A motion was made by Trustee Collier, seconded by Trustee Holt, to approve the consent agenda. Motion carried 6-0.
