THE TRUSTEES OF THE SHAWNEE MUNICIPAL AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF SHAWNEE, COUNTY OF POTTAWATOMIE, STATE OF OKLAHOMA, MET IN REGULAR SCHEDULED SESSION IN THE COMMISSION CHAMBERS AT CITY HALL, 9TH AND BROADWAY, SHAWNEE, OKLAHOMA, MONDAY AUGUST 16, 2010, FOLLOWING THE BOARD OF CITY COMMISSIONERS MEETING AT 6:30 P.M., PURSUANT TO NOTICE DULY POSTED AS PRESCRIBED BY LAW. UPON ROLL CALL, A QUORUM WAS DECLARED WITH THE FOLLOWING MEMBERS IN ATTENDANCE:
AGENDA ITEM NO. 3: Consider approval of Consent Agenda.
a. Minutes from the August 2, 2010 meeting.
b. Confirm action taken by City Commission on Agenda Item No. 2-f regarding authorization of staff to go out for bid on the Pumps and Control project at the Water Treatment Plant.

c. Confirm action taken by City Commission on Agenda Item No. 13-a regarding opening of bid for Sanitary Sewer Rehab Project (Various Locations) Contract No. COS-SMA-11-01 (Open)
Bids were opened, read into record and deferred to 9-7-10 meeting
A motion was made by Trustee Holt, seconded by Trustee Winterringer, to approve the consent agenda. Motion carried 6-0.
