UPON ROLL CALL, A QUORUM WAS DECLARED WITH THE FOLLOWING MEMBERS IN ATTENDANCE:

PRESENT: Stephens, Harrod, Peterson, Collier, Winterringer, Holt

ABSENT: Sims

A motion was made by Trustee Holt, seconded by Trustee Collier, to approve the consent agenda. Motion carried 6-0
