THE TRUSTEES OF THE SHAWNEE AIRPORT AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF SHAWNEE, COUNTY OF POTTAWATOMIE, STATE OF OKLAHOMA, MET IN REGULAR SCHEDULED SESSION IN THE COMMISSION CHAMBERS AT CITY HALL, 9TH AND BROADWAY, SHAWNEE, OKLAHOMA, MONDAY, NOVEMBER 15, 2010, FOLLOWING THE BOARD OF CITY COMMISSIONERS MEETING AT 6:30 P.M., PURSUANT TO NOTICE DULY POSTED AS PRESCRIBED BY LAW. UPON ROLL CALL, A QUORUM WAS DECLARED WITH THE FOLLOWING MEMBERS IN ATTENDANCE:
PRESENT: Stephens, Sims, Peterson, Collier, Winterringer, Smith
ABSENT: Harrod
AGENDA ITEM NO. 1: Call to Order
AGENDA ITEM NO. 2: Declaration of a Quorum
AGENDA ITEM NO. 3: Consider approval of Consent Agenda
a. Minutes from the November 1, 2010 meeting.
b. Confirm action taken by City Commission on Agenda Item Number 17 regarding cancellation of City Commission, Shawnee Municipal Authority and Shawnee Airport Authority meetings scheduled for December 20, 2010 and/or January 3, 2011. (City Commission voted to cancel both meetings)
A motion was made by Trustee Sims, seconded by Trustee Winterringer, to approve the consent agenda. Motion carried 6-0.
