THE TRUSTEES OF THE SHAWNEE MUNICIPAL AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF SHAWNEE, COUNTY OF POTTAWATOMIE, STATE OF OKLAHOMA, MET IN REGULAR SCHEDULED SESSION IN THE COMMISSION CHAMBERS AT CITY HALL, 9TH AND BROADWAY, SHAWNEE, OKLAHOMA, MONDAY, JUNE 6, 2011, FOLLOWING THE BOARD OF CITY COMMISSIONERS MEETING AT 6:30 P.M., PURSUANT TO NOTICE DULY POSTED AS PRESCRIBED BY LAW. UPON ROLL CALL, A QUORUM WAS DECLARED WITH THE FOLLOWING MEMBERS IN ATTENDANCE:

AGENDA ITEM NO. 1: Consider approval of Consent Agenda
a. Minutes from the May 16, 2011 meeting.
b. Confirm action taken by City Commission on Agenda Item Number 20-a regarding opening of bid on Water Treatment Plant Chemical Building HVAC System Project No. SHA-10-02 (Commission deferred bid award to June 20, 2011 meeting)
c. Confirm action taken by City Commission on Agenda Item Number 20-b regarding awarding of bid on one 2011 Truck Mounted Sewer Jetter. (Commission awarded bid to J & R Equipment in the amount of $177,189.00)
A motion was made by Trustee Sims, seconded by Trustee Harrod, to approve the Consent Agenda Items a-c. Motion carried 5-0.
