THE TRUSTEES OF THE SHAWNEE AIRPORT AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF SHAWNEE, COUNTY OF POTTAWATOMIE, STATE OF OKLAHOMA, MET IN REGULAR SCHEDULED SESSION IN THE COMMISSION CHAMBERS AT CITY HALL, 9TH AND BROADWAY, SHAWNEE, OKLAHOMA, MONDAY, AUGUST 15, 2011, FOLLOWING THE BOARD OF CITY COMMISSIONERS MEETING AT 6:30 P.M., PURSUANT TO NOTICE DULY POSTED AS PRESCRIBED BY LAW. UPON ROLL CALL, A QUORUM WAS DECLARED WITH THE FOLLOWING MEMBERS IN ATTENDANCE:

a. Minutes from the August 1, 2011 meeting.
b. Confirm action taken by City Commission on Agenda Item Number 2-o regarding approval of agreement to execute right-of-way document to ONG for installation of a new gas main to serve the airport terminal and adjacent hangar. (Approved by City Commission)
c. Confirm action taken by City Commission on Agenda Item Number 2-p regarding approval of City Manager contract. (Approved by City Commission)
d. Confirm action taken by City Commission on Agenda Item Number 8-b Rehabilitate Runway 17-35; Grade Safety and Construction Connecting Taxiway. AIP Project 3-40-0088-015-2011- Contract No. COS-PW-11-01 (Award) (Bid award deferred to September 6, 2011 City Commission meeting)
A motion was made by Trustee Sims, seconded by Trustee Winterringer, to approve the Consent Agenda items a-d. Motion carried 7-0.
